Claudio'S Bbq Babyback Ribs
- Rack of BabyBack Pork Ribs
- Coarse salt
- Pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- Garlic salt
- Paprika
- Oregano
- Rosemary
- Large Onion
- 3-4 cups Orange, Apple juice or Margarita mix
- Aunt Marilyn's psyco bbq sauce
- Apply rub and refrigerate for 1.5 hrs. Allow ribs to stand for 30 min at room temp before BBQ.
- Heat BBQ to 375 deg. Cook for 20 min per side.
- Preheat oven 325 deg.
- Prepare large lasagne dish. Cut one large onion and add 3-4 cups of Orange juice, Margarita mix or Apple juice, to cover ribs.
- Place ribs in pan and cover with foil, tight.
- Cook for 1hr, 15 min. Check ribs after 1 hr. If they are soft and tender, remove from oven, if not continue.
- While cooking ribs, prepare Aunt Marilyn's Psyco BBQ sauce.
- One ribs are done, return to BBQ applying sauce. Cook 8 min per side, reapplying sauce.
