Claudio'S Bbq Babyback Ribs

  1. Apply rub and refrigerate for 1.5 hrs. Allow ribs to stand for 30 min at room temp before BBQ.
  2. Heat BBQ to 375 deg. Cook for 20 min per side.
  3. Preheat oven 325 deg.
  4. Prepare large lasagne dish. Cut one large onion and add 3-4 cups of Orange juice, Margarita mix or Apple juice, to cover ribs.
  5. Place ribs in pan and cover with foil, tight.
  6. Cook for 1hr, 15 min. Check ribs after 1 hr. If they are soft and tender, remove from oven, if not continue.
  7. While cooking ribs, prepare Aunt Marilyn's Psyco BBQ sauce.
  8. One ribs are done, return to BBQ applying sauce. Cook 8 min per side, reapplying sauce.
  9. Bon apetito!
