Garden Spiral Primavera

  1. Cook spirals according to package directions.
  2. In large skillet, heat oil and butter.
  3. Add onion and garlic.
  4. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  5. Add the remaining vegetables.
  6. Cook 3 more minutes, stirring frequently.
  7. Add wine and seasonings. Simmer 5 minutes or until tender.
  8. Toss spirals with vegetables. Add cheese.
  9. Serve immediately.
