7-Up Salad
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 (7 oz.) bottle 7-Up
- 1 box mostaccioli noodles
- 6 drops yellow food coloring
- 1 1/2 c. vinegar
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Accent seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- Cook pasta according to directions putting the food coloring in the water to boil.
- Drain pasta.
- In blender, blend remaining ingredients and pour over mostaccioli.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 days before serving.
- Has a delicious sweet sour taste.
