Chicken Karahi

  1. First fry onion in oil until it's color changes
  2. Then add chicken and fry till turned white
  3. Then add ginger garlic paste
  4. Then ad red chili powder, salt and water and cook on high heat
  5. Now grind tomato without water, cut green chili into half
  6. Add tomato, green chili and shan karahi masala mix well on high heat for 5 minutes
  7. Then turn the heat slow and let chicken cook for 15-20 minutes
  8. Chicken karahi is ready
