Chicken Karahi
- 16 pieces Whole Chicken
- 2 slice medium onion
- 1/5 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/5 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 4 cube tomato
- 5 or 6 green chili
- 3 tablespoons shan karahi masala
- First fry onion in oil until it's color changes
- Then add chicken and fry till turned white
- Then add ginger garlic paste
- Then ad red chili powder, salt and water and cook on high heat
- Now grind tomato without water, cut green chili into half
- Add tomato, green chili and shan karahi masala mix well on high heat for 5 minutes
- Then turn the heat slow and let chicken cook for 15-20 minutes
- Chicken karahi is ready
