  1. In large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. When it foams, add the onion, bell pepper, green onion and garlic.
  3. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Uncover and cook, stirring often, for another 4 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are lightly
  5. browned. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
  6. Position a rack in the middle of oven and preheat to 350u0b0.
