Asian Broccoli Slaw
- 2 Packages Ramen Noodle Soup (Asian Flavored)
- 2 " 16 oz Broccoli Slaw
- 1 cup hulled sunflower seeds
- 1 cup toasted slivered almonds
- 1 bunch scallions, chopped
- Dressing:
- 1/2cup sugar
- 1 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 Ramen noodle soup flavor packets
- 1. Crush the noodles in the package, remove the flavor packers, spread the crushed noodles at the bottom of a large bowl.
- 2. Sprinkle broccoli slaw evenly over the noodles.
- 3. Sprinkle chopped onions, then almonds, then sunflower seeds.
- 4. Whisk together soup flavoring, sugar, oil vinegar. Pour over the salad. Do not mix.
- 5. Cover and chill 24 hours before serving.
- 6. Mix Salad just before serving.
