Cream Puffs And Eclair Mix

  1. Put water, salt and butter in pot; let come to boil.
  2. Turn heat low.
  3. Pour flour in pot.
  4. Mix until mixture leaves side of pot.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Add 1 egg at a time.
  7. Flour will break into pieces.
  8. Keep beating until mixture comes to a ball.
  9. Cook pudding and cool.
  10. Take 1 teaspoon flour and small bowl of water to wet fingers.
  11. Shape and put on cookie sheet.
  12. Bake until golden brown at 350u0b0.
  13. After cool, use a catsup squeezer to fill shells. Put pudding at end of shell.
  14. Sprinkle powdered sugar on cream puffs and chocolate icing for eclairs.
