Cream Puffs And Eclair Mix
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. all-purpose flour, sift with sifter
- 4 eggs
- chocolate pudding and vanilla pudding (cook pudding mix)
- powdered sugar
- chocolate icing
- Put water, salt and butter in pot; let come to boil.
- Turn heat low.
- Pour flour in pot.
- Mix until mixture leaves side of pot.
- Remove from heat.
- Add 1 egg at a time.
- Flour will break into pieces.
- Keep beating until mixture comes to a ball.
- Cook pudding and cool.
- Take 1 teaspoon flour and small bowl of water to wet fingers.
- Shape and put on cookie sheet.
- Bake until golden brown at 350u0b0.
- After cool, use a catsup squeezer to fill shells. Put pudding at end of shell.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar on cream puffs and chocolate icing for eclairs.
