Superbowl Pizza On The Grill

  1. Rub grill with a little olive oil and heat well. Stretch dough out put directly on grill. Close cover. Check every minute by lifting edge. If dough has black char lines it is done. Rotate dough for another minute if it looks unevenly charred. Immediately flip dough over and cover with chopped tomato or sauce. Top with seasonings and mozzarella cheese. Drizzle a little olive oil (about 2 Tablespoons) over pizza and close cover again. Check often. When cheese is melted lift edge and be sure you have good char lines on bottom. Pizza is done. Slide off grill, cut and enjoy!
