White Chocolate Macademia Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease 2 large cookie sheets. Blend butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla until fluffy (scrape bowl once if needed). Mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to butter mixture and mix until just combined (DO NOT OVER MIX). Turn in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop large spoonfuls (between 1/8 cup to 1/3 cup, depending on how large of cookies you want) about 2 inches apart on the prepared cookie sheets. Bake until light brown around edges, about 10-15 minutes.
