Hot Cabbage And Tofu
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil,
- 3 cloves of garlic (crushed),
- 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped ginger,
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh hot pepper,
- 3cups of shredded cabbage,
- 1 cup of tofu(firm),
- Black bean sauce,
- soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seed(toasted).
- heat the wok or deep frying pan while coating the pan with olive oil, put in the crushed garlic and stir until it turns a golden brown, then blend in with the chopped ginger stirring for 1 minute, add in the shreaded cabbage to the pot, lower the flame on the stovetop and cover the lid to the wok. Stir frequently until the cabbage is evenly cooked, add the chopped fresh hot pepper, cut the tofu into bite sizes, stir and finally add the 1 table spoon of soy sauce, stir and ready to serve.
