Grilled Pork Chops With Sweet Onion Marmalade

  1. FOR MARMALADE-
  2. Slice onions.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in pan. Add onions. Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Add chopped Thyme, Rosemary, Orange Marmalade, pepper and Balsamic Vinegar.Stir. Cover and cook on medium heat for about 2 hours until tender.
  4. FOR PORK CHOPS-
  5. Combine Thyme, Rosemary, garlic, salt, pepper. Rub chops on both sides. Sit in fridge for 1-2 hours to allow seasoning to absorb into meat.
  6. Grill on grill or grill pan for 7 minutes on each side or until thermometer reaches 145 degrees.
  7. Top chops with Onion marmalade, chopped parsley and serve.
