Asparagus Rollups

  1. Cook your asparagus according to directions, dry on paper towels.
  2. Take softened cream cheese and mix in a couple of tablespoons of horseradish to taste, I like to be able to lightly taste the horseradish.
  3. Lay out your slices of ham and spread a light layer of the horseradish cream cheese mixture on each slice, if the ham is about 4"x6" cut it in half.
  4. Take a couple of pieces of asparagus and lie them at one end of the horseradish spread ham and roll it up, lying the seam side down on a platter.
  5. Place in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes until the horseradish-cream cheese mixture chills.
  6. Cut the rolls into about 1 inch slices, put in a toothpick and serve.
