Peach Tea Cake Cookies

  1. pre-heat oven 375
  2. line baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. beat butter and sugar about 2 minutes
  4. add eggs 1 at a time
  5. add vanilla and peach extract
  6. scrape down bottom and sides of bowl
  7. slowly add flour, baking powder and baking soda
  8. stir in white choclate chips and walnuts
  9. drop dough onto baking sheet about 2 inches apart using an ice cream scoop
  10. bake 15 minutes until golden
  11. transfer cookies to a cooling rack and completely cool
