Enchiladas
- 1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
- 1 (10 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 (8 oz.) can taco sauce
- 1 (10 oz.) can water
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 lb. hamburger meat
- 1/2 lb. grated Longhorn cheese
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 1 tsp. salt
- Mix enchilada sauce, soup, taco sauce, water and 1 teaspoon salt in saucepan and simmer about 10 minutes.
- Brown hamburger meat, chili powder and garlic salt in skillet.
- Heat tortillas one at a time in a small amount of grease or oil in skillet until soft and pliable.
- Place one tablespoon of meat mixture, one tablespoon of grated cheese and one tablespoon of onion on each tortilla and roll.
- Place in large baking dish.
- Pour sauce over enchiladas and bake 15 to 20 minutes until cheese melts and sauce is bubbly in a 350u0b0 oven.
