Roasted Root Veggies

  1. Pre heat oven to 400.
  2. Put all your veggies in a large bowl and toss with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Dump everything onto a baking sheet in a single layer and pop into the oven for 25-35 minutes. Enjoy!
