Chicken Fricasse

  1. 1. Wash chicken and pat dry, place in a large bowl. Season with adobo, sazon and salt. Place legs in crockpot and cover with potato slices.
  2. 2. Puree the peppers, onion, cilatro, olive oil, wine, garlic powder, cumin and oregano in blender. Pour over chicken and add bay leaves.
  3. 3. Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours unitl chicken is easily removed form the bone.
