Chocolate Cheesecake

  1. Combine wafer crumbs and melted butter, mixing well.
  2. Press into bottom and 1 3/4 inches up sides of 9-inch spring-form pan and set aside.
  3. Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar, flour and salt, mixing well.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Add chocolate, milk and vanilla; mix well.
  6. Spoon into the prepared pan; bake at 325u0b0 for 1 hour.
  7. Remove from oven and cool for 15 minutes.
  8. Loosen from the sides of the pan with a spatula.
  9. Cool 30 minutes. Remove from pan.
  10. Spread topping.
