Chicken And Shrimp Mixed Grill
- 1 pound Medium Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 pieces boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
- 2/3 cup White Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon minced Ginger
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves large Garlic Clove, minced
- 2 tablespoon Tabasco Garlic Pepper Sauce Blend
- 2 pieces Green Onions, Sliced
- Skewer shrimp. Leave Chicken Breasts whole. Put in large baking dish.
- Mix marinade, pour over meat, and refrigerate for two to 24 hours. Turn occasionally.
- About 30 minutes before serving, preheat grill to medium heat, placing rack 5-6 inches above coals OR broil in oven four inches from broiler.
- Grill Shrimp for 3-4 minutes. Grill Chicken breasts for six minutes, turning once and brushing occasionally with marinade.
