Low-Salt & Low-Fat Turkey Chilli

  1. 1. Cooked turkey on frying pan with olive oil and drain any fluid when done cooking.
  2. 2. Put the lean ground turkey in to the crock pot (or stewing pot to reduce cooking time)and add all salsa, water,black bean, Six-Gun Chilli Mix (do not add flour package).
  3. 3. Boil on High for about 30 minutes for crockpot (5 minutes for stewing pot) and reduce heat to slow cooking (30 minutes for crockpot or 10-15 minutes for the stewing pot).
  4. 4. When finished and ready to eat the chilli, top chilli with a little bit of low-fat shreded cheese for taste(or more if you are not on a diet).
