Food Processor Pizza Dough

  1. Measure warm water into a glass measuring cup. Sprinkle in yeast, mix and set aside
  2. Place flour and slat in the bowl of food processor.
  3. Add oil to the yeast and water mixture
  4. Turn the processor on and slowly pour yeast, oil mixture, through the opening in the cover. Process just until dough ball forms.
  5. Flour hands and counter lightly. Take dough from the processor and knead for 4 minutes.
  6. Place dough in a greased bowl and let rise for 30 minutes.
  7. Punch down down and shape to fit a greased 10" pizza pan.
  8. Top pizza with:
  9. 1/2 can progresso pizza sauce
  10. 2 tablespoons parmesean cheese
  11. 1/4 pound shredded mozzorella cheese
  12. 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  13. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  14. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
