Food Processor Pizza Dough
- Pizza Dough Recipe
- 1/4 oz package dry yeast
- 1/3 cup warm water (110-115 degrees)
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- Measure warm water into a glass measuring cup. Sprinkle in yeast, mix and set aside
- Place flour and slat in the bowl of food processor.
- Add oil to the yeast and water mixture
- Turn the processor on and slowly pour yeast, oil mixture, through the opening in the cover. Process just until dough ball forms.
- Flour hands and counter lightly. Take dough from the processor and knead for 4 minutes.
- Place dough in a greased bowl and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Punch down down and shape to fit a greased 10" pizza pan.
- Top pizza with:
- 1/2 can progresso pizza sauce
- 2 tablespoons parmesean cheese
- 1/4 pound shredded mozzorella cheese
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
