Texas Chili

  1. Preparation Time: Approximately 10 minutes
  2. Cook Time: Approximately 50 minutes
  3. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the steak strips, and cook until browned on all sides. Drain the excess oil and stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to a simmer. Cover and cook for 30 to 40 minutes or until the meat is tender.
