Januz Noka At Grand Central Oyster Frenzy September 16
- 1/2 pound White chocolate, melted
- 1 cup egg whites, whipped soft peaks
- 2 cups heavy cream, whipped soft peaks
- 1/2 cup grand marnier
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 orange, zested
- 2 tablespoon orange juice
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- DIRECTIONS FOR THE MOUSSE: GENTLY FOLD THE EGG WHITES INTO THE MELTED WHITE CHOCOLATE. FOLD IN WHIPPED CREAM FINISH WITH THE GRAND MARNIER, MIXING GENTLY REFRIGERATE UNTIL READY TO USE
- DIRECTIONS FOR THE BERRIES: MIX BERRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND LET SIT FOR 30 MINUTES TO MARINATE.
- DIRECTIONS TO FINISH DESSERT: IN A WINE GLASS, PLACE 1ST 4 TABLESPOONS BERRIES, 2ND FILL REST OF GLASS ALMOST TO THE TOP WITH MOUSSE, 3RD FINISH WITH A LITTLE DRIZZLE OF BERRIES SERVE
