Jalapeno Garlic Chicken

  1. Combine marinade in deep non-reactive container
  2. Add Chicken and allow to sit for at least 1 hour
  3. *for best results marinade for 2-3 hours
  4. Remove Chicken from marinade, allowing excess liquid to drain off
  5. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  6. Heat dutch oven or oven safe deep pan to med
  7. Coat bottom of pan with olive oil
  8. Once oil is heated place chicken into pan, skin side down
  9. Cook until skin is golden brown about 5-8 minutes
  10. Flip chicken and cook for 5-8 minutes
  11. Add rosemary & shallots to pan
  12. Remove from stove and place in oven for 25 minutes or until juices run clear
  13. Serve immediately
