Chicken Curry

  1. In saucepan, melt butter.
  2. Add apple, celery, onion and garlic.
  3. Cook until the onion is tender.
  4. Combine cornstarch, curry, salt and broth.
  5. Stir into onion mixture.
  6. Add milk.
  7. Cook and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles.
  8. Stir in chicken and mushrooms.
  9. Heat through.
  10. Serve over hot, cooked rice and pass curry condiments.
  11. Makes 5 or 6 servings.
