Chicken And Tortilla Salad

  1. Combine sesame seeds, vinegar, mustard, 1/4 cup oil, salt, and pepper in a blender. In a bowl, toss chicken with hot sauce and let stand for 15 minutes. In a frying pan, heat remaining 1/4 cup oil and fry tortilla strips. Remove tortilla and saute the chicken in the pan. When cooked, transfer to a large bowl and toss with all ingredients. Serve slightly warm.
