Frittatensuppe(Clear Soup With Sliced Unsweetened Pancakes.)

  1. Put the bones into a pot and fill it up with water so that the bones are covered.
  2. Add celery, turnip, carrots, leek and root of parsley.
  3. Peel the onions, cut them into two parts and lay them on the hot oven until they become light brown (you don't have to use a pan!).
  4. Add onions to the soup.
  5. Heat it up until the water is boiling and then simmer it on lower temperature.
  6. Add the rest of herbs and spices and season to taste with salt and pepper.
