Tiramisu(Sugar-Free)

  1. Pour 1/2 cup of milk into blender container.
  2. Add cream cheese; cover.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Blend in the remaining 1 cup milk.
  5. Dissolve coffee in water; add to blender with brandy.
  6. Add pudding mix; cover.
  7. Blend until smooth, scraping down sides. Pour into large bowl.
  8. Gently stir in whipped topping.
  9. Cut ladyfingers in half crosswise.
  10. Cover bottom of 8-inch spring-form pan with ladyfingers halves.
  11. Place remaining halves, cut ends down, around sides of pan.
  12. Spoon pudding mixture into pan.
  13. Chill until firm, about 3 hours.
  14. Remove side of pan.
  15. Sprinkle with grated chocolate.
  16. Serves 12.
