Cold German Potato Salad

  1. Boil potatoes and eggs.
  2. Fry bacon.
  3. Stir hot bacon grease into the chopped onions and celery.
  4. Mix salad dressing, mayonnaise and sugar.
  5. Blend bacon grease mixture and salad dressing mixture.
  6. Mix in the potatoes.
  7. Cut up 7 of the 8 eggs. Mix them in.
  8. This has to be last so the eggs are not crushed too bad.
  9. With the last egg, slice and decorate.
  10. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley; serve.
  11. Serves 8 to 10 people.
