Ginger Wings
- 72 wing dings
- 1 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1/2 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1.Place wing dings in a large bowl
- 2.Blend together the soy sauce, sugars, garlic, ginger and pepper flakes
- 3.Toss the chicken and sauce thoroughly, cover with plastic wrap and marinate in refrigerator for 45 minutes
- 4.Remove chicken from refrigerator
- 5.Place wing dings in two large sheet pans, 36 pieces each (13 x 17.8 inch half baker sheets)
- 6.Place both pans in the over at 350 degrees for 20 minutes; turn chicken pieces and baking an additional 15-20 minutes until richly golden brown and tender
- 7.Place on warm serving platter and garnish with bite size vegetables, i.e. tomato grapes, slice cucumber and baby carrots.
