Jersey Cheese Steak
- Box of frozen thin-sliced beef
- Yellow American Cheese
- Sweet/Vidalia Onion
- Smoked Bacon
- Olive Oil
- Garlic Powder
- Mesquite
- Paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
- A1 Steak sauce
- Steak roll
- Pour some oil in a skillet
- Let it heat up at medium-high heat
- Cut up enough onion to fit on your roll
- Saute until caramelized
- When finished, take them off and put them off to the side somewhere.
- Add some more oil
- Cook thin steaks half way on each side
- Add paprika. mesquite, garlic powder, salt and pepper to each side
- Then you'd be makin' bacon
- When the steaks are almost fully cooked, add cheese and finish until cheese is melted nicely
- Place on a lightly toasted roll and add bacon and steak sauce (preferably A1)
- Enjoy your Jersey-style cheese steak!
