Jersey Cheese Steak

  1. Pour some oil in a skillet
  2. Let it heat up at medium-high heat
  3. Cut up enough onion to fit on your roll
  4. Saute until caramelized
  5. When finished, take them off and put them off to the side somewhere.
  6. Add some more oil
  7. Cook thin steaks half way on each side
  8. Add paprika. mesquite, garlic powder, salt and pepper to each side
  9. Then you'd be makin' bacon
  10. When the steaks are almost fully cooked, add cheese and finish until cheese is melted nicely
  11. Place on a lightly toasted roll and add bacon and steak sauce (preferably A1)
  12. Enjoy your Jersey-style cheese steak!
