Stir-Fry Rice And Beef

  1. Cut meat into thin slices.
  2. Cut onion into wedges and pepper into thin strips.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in wok over high heat; add meat and garlic.
  4. Stir-fry until meat is brown and tender, about 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from wok.
  6. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in wok over medium-high heat.
  7. Add onion and pepper.
  8. Stir-fry until tender-crisp, about 2 minutes.
  9. Add meat and rice to vegetables. Combine all remaining ingredients in saucepan; bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
  10. Pour over rice, meat and vegetables. Stir-fry until mixed well.
  11. Serves 6 to 8.
