Chicken And Rice Dressing

  1. Combine margarine and lemon juice.
  2. Brush chicken with mixture and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Place in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake at 400u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  5. Combine rice, chicken broth and water in saucepan; bring to boil.
  6. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes.
  7. Set aside.
  8. Cook sausage, onion and celery until sausage is done.
  9. Combine rice and sausage.
  10. Stir well. Spoon mixture around chicken and bake for 30 minutes.
  11. Yields 6 servings.
