Red Beans And Rice

  1. Soak beans overnight.
  2. Drain.
  3. Cook beans and hambone in water slowly for three hours.
  4. Add all ingredients except seasoned salt. Cook slowly for 1 1/2 hours.
  5. Add seasoned salt to taste.
  6. Serves 8.
  7. Serve over rice.
