Quick And Healthy Stir Fry
- One pound frozen boneless,
- skinless chicken breast meat.
- 4 cups instant rice
- one package frozen green beans.
- 3 tablespoons McCormick Vegetable Supreme seasoning
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/2 cup Chopped onion
- 4 tablespoons flax seed or sunflower seed
- 1 cup raisins
- 3/4 cup grated parmesean
- Prepare rice as directed.
- Slice chicken breasts into strips.
- Prepare beans as directed on package.
- In a deep skillet, put one half cup olive oil and brown chicken breast strips. Set aside.
- In same pan stir in cooked rice, McCormick vegetable supreme, garlic powder, onion, flax seed, and raisins, and green beans, until rice in lightly browned.
- Put in a 2 quart casserole and top with browned chicken and parmesean cheese.
