Quick And Healthy Stir Fry

  1. Prepare rice as directed.
  2. Slice chicken breasts into strips.
  3. Prepare beans as directed on package.
  4. In a deep skillet, put one half cup olive oil and brown chicken breast strips. Set aside.
  5. In same pan stir in cooked rice, McCormick vegetable supreme, garlic powder, onion, flax seed, and raisins, and green beans, until rice in lightly browned.
  6. Put in a 2 quart casserole and top with browned chicken and parmesean cheese.
