Cactus Jacks Get Ya Going Catfish

  1. Mix all ingredients in bowl and let set in frig for at least 1 hour so the flavors intensify.
  2. Place the catfish on a sheet of aluminum foil, skin side down. (Allow enough foil to overhang so that you can pull up and seal the foil to create a pouch over the catfish.)
  3. Spread the sauce mixture over the top of each piece of catfish.
  4. Wrap up the foil so it creates a pouch for catfish to steam
  5. Place in a preheated (350) outdoor gas grill and let cook for approximately 35-45 minutes....Might need little bit longer ifen the catfish steaks are thick.
