Balsamic Glazed Salmon With Alfredo Pasta Primavera
- 4 toneless, skinless salmon fillets, seasoned with salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp talsamic vinegar t\t(45 mL)
- 1 tbsp toney or maple syrup t\t(15 mL)
- 2 tbsp tinely chopped fresh basil leaves t\t(30 mL)
- 1 tbsp tertolli Olive Oil t\t(15 mL)
- 2 tloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp tijon mustard t\t(5 mL)
- 1/2 tsp tinely grated fresh lemon zest t\t(2 mL)
- 1 pkg tnorr Sides Plus Alfredo Pasta Primavera, prepared according to package directions
- Preheat the oven to 400u0b0 F (200u0b0 C). Line a baking sheet with foil and grease the foil lightly with oil.
- Place the fish, skin-side-down, on the prepared baking sheet. Whisk together the vinegar, honey, basil, olive oil, garlic and Dijon mustard. Brush half of the mixture over the salmon.
- Bake the fish, on the middle rack, basting with the remaining glaze, for 10 minutes. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes or until salmon is browned and flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve with the prepared Alfredo Pasta Primavera.
