Cevapcici (Che-Vop-Chi-Chi) From Sarajevo

  2. Combine the seasonings and grind them together before adding them to the meat. Mix all the ingredients together. Shape in thumb-sized sausages. Traditionally these sausages have no casing. Grill over wood is best, in a wood fired oven is traditional
  3. See above....serve with chewy sourdoughy pita, dolloped with a goat/sheep milk yogurt, sprinkled with raw red onions and a slight sprinkle of coriander/flat parsley/chervil
