Turkey Medallions In Creamy Sauce

  1. 1. Put some salt on both sides of turkey medallions.
  2. 2. Place turkey in heavy based frying pan with oil over medium high heat and brown on both sides. Use a turner to remove from pan and set aside on a plate.
  3. 3. Put onion in the pan and fry about 5 minutes stirring frequently.
  4. 4. Return turkey to the pan. Cover with cream. Add garlic and mustard. Mix it all together. Bring to the boil and cook 12-15 minutes.
  5. 5. Adjust the seasoning and add chives.
