Sweet And Sour Meatballs

  1. Combine ground beef, sausage, bread crumbs, onion, eggs, salt and
  2. pepper. Mix well and shape into l inch meatballs. Brown in hot oil.
  3. Drain and place meatballs in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
  4. Combine cornstarch, vinegar, drained pineapple juice and sugar. Cook
  5. over medium heat or in microwave until clear and thickened.
  6. Combine with Worcestershire sauce, green pepper, pineapple chunks and
  7. tomato sauce. Pour over meatballs and bake in 325u0b0 oven for 30 to 35
  8. minutes.
  9. Makes about 6 dozen, depending on size of meatballs.
