Sweet And Sour Chicken Wings

  1. Rinse chicken; pat dry.
  2. Cut off and discard wing tips.
  3. Cut each wing at joint to make 2 sections.
  4. In a shallow dish, combine flour, garlic salt and lemon-pepper seasoning; coat chicken pieces with flour mixture.
  5. Heat oil in a 12-inch skillet.
  6. Add coated chicken pieces and cook until brown, turning occasionally.
  7. Remove chicken from skillet and arrange pieces in a shallow baking dish. In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, vinegar, pineapple juice, ketchup and soy sauce; heat to boiling, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
  8. Pour over chicken.
  9. Bake, uncovered, in a 350u0b0 oven for 30 minutes, turning over after 15 minutes.
