Ham Loaf With Horseradish Sauce
- Ham Loaf:
- 2# Ground Ham
- 2# Ground Pork
- 1.5 Cups Cracker Crumbs (Ritz)
- 1 whole onion chopped
- 4 Eggs well beaten
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups milk
- Glaze:
- 1 pd light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup dark vinegar
- 3/4 tsp Dry Mustard
- Horseradish Sauce
- 1/2 cup of Mayo
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 Brown Mustard
- 1 TBL Chives Chopped
- 2 TBL Horseradish
- dash salt
- dash lemon
- Ham Loaf:
- Mix all together in bowl then add milk. Make sure eggs are well blended. Grease 2 9x5 loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes then baste every 15 minutes with glaze for 1 hour.
- Be sure to put on a baking pan lined with foil while in oven as it may bubble over!
- Glaze:
- Mix together then boil 1 minute
- Sauce:
- Mix together and serve room temperature.
