Mom'S Banana Bread

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. 2. Mix the butter and sugar until light and creamy. Beat in the egg.
  3. 3. Sift together the whole wheat flour, white flour, and baking soda.
  4. 4. Combine the bananas and yogurt.
  5. 5. Add dry ingredients (including walnuts) banana mixture to the butter mixture, stirring to combine well.
  6. 6. Spoon into an oiled 9" by 5" loaf pan.
  7. 7. Bake 50 to 60 minutes, then cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
