Louise'S Sauerkraut Balls

  1. Cook sausage and onion, drain.
  2. Add 3 tablespoons bread crumbs and sauerkraut in a bowl.
  3. Combine cream cheese, mustard, pepper and garlic salt.
  4. Stir in sausage mixture.
  5. Chill. Shape into balls; coat each ball in flour, dip in eggs and milk.
  6. Then roll in bread crumbs.
  7. Deep fry (takes only a minute or two).
  8. Freeze when cool.
  9. Heat in oven for 15 minutes when ready to serve (350u0b0).
  10. Makes about 35 to 40.
