Turkey Stuffing

  1. saute in butter the onions, celery, garlic,and bell peppers
  2. In a large pan, saute the mushrooms in peanut oil.
  3. Combine the contents of the two pans and add the mixed seasonings, nuts, parsely, wheat germ, croutons.
  4. Add salt if you like.
  5. and maybe soy sauce or brandy to taste.
  6. Give it a few good stirs with a large wooden spoon.
  7. Lightly spoon the stuffing into the cavity of the turkey.
  8. makes 10-20 Cups.
