Turkey Pastrami Rueben
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
- 4 slices Rye Bread
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 4 oz Turkey Pastrami
- 4 slices Emmenthal Swiss, sliced thin
- 2 Tbsp Raw Sauerkraut, I like Dill E Gent
- For Sandwich Sauce: Mix first 4 ingredients together.
- Assemble sandwich by spreading sandwich sauce on bread. Add 2 ounces of turkey pastrami, sauerkraut, and swiss cheese. Place another sauced slice on top and spread butter on outside. Toast until lightly browned on griddle or broiler. Flip, butter, and toast opposite side of each sandwich.
- Remove from heat. If not sufficiently melted. Place on a warm top of the stove for few minutes. Slice and serve
