Snowy Night Nachos
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 large can kidney beans
- 1 container Jack Daniels pulled pork
- 1 bottle Sweet and Spicy Sweet Baby Ray's bbq sauce
- 1 can sliced jalapenos
- 1 can Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 1 cup milk
- 2-3 cups shredded cheddar
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- Spread chips out over a large baking sheet. Cover with kidney beans. Put on a layer of bbq. Evenly distribute jalapenos. Squirt bottle of bbq sauce evenly across baking sheet. Bake 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, put can of soup in a pan with 1 cup milk. Heat. Stir in cheese and spices. Take off heat as soon as cheese is melted. Should be fairly thin queso sauce. Pour evenly across nachos and serve.
