- 1/2 cup Frank's Hot Sauce
- 1 1/2 cups Flour
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/3 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 Chicken (however much chicken you want to cook. Don't let me set your diet.)
- Break down whole chicken
- Combine First Three Ingredients in Large Bowl
- Soak Chicken in Wet Ingredients for an hour or more
- Mix Dry Ingredients in a one gallon Plastic Bag
- Heat Oil to 350 Degrees
- Remove a few pieces of chicken from wet ingredients and add to bag of dry.
- Shake chicken until coated with dry ingredients
- Continue with rest of the chicken. Put on plate while oil heats.
- Drop a few pieces of chicken into oil at a time. Let cook completely. I don't know how long to tell you to cook, but it will float and get golden brown before it is done. It's 20 minutes or so.
- Repeat with rest of chicken.
