Best Barbeque Meatballs
- -1/2 pound extra lean ground chicken
- -1/2 pound ground sirloin or extra lean ground beef
- -1 small valdalia onion
- -4 green onions
- -4 clove of garlic
- -1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
- -1 tbs ground cumin spice
- -1 tsp ground coriander powder
- -1 tbs seasoning salt
- -1/4 tsp paprika
- -1/4 tsp finely ground black pepper
- -2 eggs
- -1/2 cup matza meal or fine bread crumbs
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Allow to sit for as long as time allows (in this case ten minutes).
- Turn BBQ onto med-high.
- Form patties in the palm of your hand that resemble a football shape.
- Cook on one side for about 8 minutes, flip over and cook the same on other side.
- Cut into one patty to ensure meat inside is fully cooked prior to serving.
