Best Barbeque Meatballs

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Allow to sit for as long as time allows (in this case ten minutes).
  3. Turn BBQ onto med-high.
  4. Form patties in the palm of your hand that resemble a football shape.
  5. Cook on one side for about 8 minutes, flip over and cook the same on other side.
  6. Cut into one patty to ensure meat inside is fully cooked prior to serving.
