Osilai Pouletate Normandine(Chicken Casserole)
- 1 pkg. seasoned bread stuffing (Pepperidge Farm dressing)
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 c. water
- 3 c. diced cooked chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 1/4 c. chopped green onion tops or chives
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- grated Cheddar cheese
- Beat eggs slightly.
- Add milk.
- Pour evenly over bread mixture. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
- Take out 1 hour before baking.
- Spread soup on top.
- Bake, uncovered, in 325u0b0 oven for 40 minutes.
- Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese.
- Return to oven for 10 minutes.
