Chicken Ginger Stir Fry _
- 2 cm piece ginger, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 chicken breast, cut into strips, or meat of choice
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1/2 carrot, julienned
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1-2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 cup water
- 1. Heat fry pan and add oil.
- 2. Add garlic when oil is bubbling, then add the onion and cook until onion is almost cooked.
- 3- Add chicken and fry until cooked.
- 4. Add the ginger and stir.
- 5. Add the sauces and stir thoroughly.
- 6. Add the vegetables and stir.
- 7. Add the water and stir a little.
- 8. Serve with steamed rice.
